With 15 years experience in medical device development, David combines the core skill set of a design engineer with cross-functional experience in manufacturing, quality assurance and regulatory.  Leading projects from concept to market, David has launched more than 10 successful devices in the fields of drug delivery, wound care, surgery and regenerative medicine at companies ranging from startups to large corporations. 

Physician Consultant

Dr. Hanlin is an emergency medicine and emergency medical services (EMS) physician with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice. A US Air Force veteran, Dr. Hanlin served nearly a decade as a military emergency medicine and critical care air transport physician. She is an active published researcher and has additional training in quality improvement in healthcare. She brings the perspective of a practicing clinician and an understanding of the current medical landscape to the team at Cairt.
